Our Olive Oil Soap Block is gorgeous, creamy and soft lathering, it leaves your skin feeling clean and lightly moisturised.  Perfect for those of us who suffer from allergies to fragrances and other additives.

Corn silk increases the lather of the soap and adds extra soft luxury to the skin feel.

A multipurpose soap that can be used from head to toe, as a shampoo, whole-body and facial soap.

This soap is VEGAN.

Olive oil soap, often called Castile soap, is a timeless tradition originating in the Castile region of Spain. Made exclusively with olive oil, it requires a slower, more patient cure than most soaps — often 12 months or more — allowing the bar to harden, develop a creamier lather, and achieve exceptional longevity. This extended curing process is part of what gives true olive oil soap its refined, understated luxury.

Our own castile soap bars are handcrafted in small batches in our Wairarapa workshop, using pure local virgin olive oil and carefully prepared botanicals. Every step — from infusion to pouring to curing — is carried out with intention, creating a gentle, elegant soap that elevates even the simplest daily ritual.

Ingredients: Saponified Virgin Olive Oil [Sodium Olivate] from Gladstone, Wairarapa, New Zealand. Corn Silk [Stigma maydis].

Note: There may be some adjustments if used as a shampoo soap. Rinsing hair with an apple cider rinse (the smell does not stay on your hair!) or using a small amount of conditioner on the ends (I still need some) can help the transition from liquid shampoo.
